OMG I can't believe that lineup!!! Some of my favorite bands of ALL time are there. I only hope I can make this. I know I'll be out of town some during the summer.

YAY!!! Pittsburgh is getting one amazing summer of concerts. I am not used to that in this crappy part of the state. We usually get passed over by many bands.

Looks like each month now has a concert for me. I never seen Ozzy live, or BLS. So happy

August - Ozzfest

Halford, Kataklysm, Goatwhore, Devildriver, Skeletonwitch, Kingdom Of Sorrow, & the Crue.... more good bands than bad.

They skip most of the country of the 6 dates 4 of them are in the Northeast, 1 on the West and one in the mid-west

Anyone have a general idea how expensive Ozzfest tickets are? I never went to one before and was curious what I need to save up (in general range) I realize eah show the price will prob. be different.

Lots of good bands on that one, but nothing really jumps out at me that would make this a top priorety.

The only problem I have with Halford being on this is I assume there is not a Priest album in the works and I saw on the Metal God newsletter I get,that he plans to unveil a new Halford song ( I don't know if that means a new Halford album is in the works)......I'd rather have a Priest album

Around $100 or so if you want to be close to the stage.

If you don't mind grass seats, you can pay as little as $25.00 sometimes.

I'd almost rather have a Halford solo album. I love Priest, but I'm not as into their new stuff as I am the old.

Halford's solo albums are better than newer Judas Priest IMHO.

I guess Maiden wouldn't be back ... after their previous experience.

For me, I think Ozzfest isn't what it once was ... or could be.

Did the OzzFest thing once a few years ago. That was enough for me. I'm too old and cranky to deal with the young whipper-snappers that attend these things nowadays.

Dang, Ozzy and Motley Crue on the same bill? It's 1983 all over again.

I remember when those 2 toured together in the early 80s, at the time I was all 'bout Motley Crue (SHOUT AT THE DEVIL still rules!) and I would've gladly sold a kidney to see that concert when it came thru my area. Unfortunately I was only 13 at the time and deemed "too young for such things" by my parental units.
