Why not just kill me now. My sentiments exactly, nope , no pasta or potatoes or rice in the foreseeable future for me. Gotta get the triglycerides down and the doc says theres way too much starch in my diet. | |

Very understandable. I just can't imagine a life without starches. It's not easy! Today was my brother-in-law's birthday party and everyone kept trying to give me this gigantic piece of Dairy Queen ice cream cake. Talk about temptation! Very difficult to turn down but I did it. | |
