| Bark and twigs, washed down with skim milk. Blechhhh! Sorry, no more tasty food for me for a while. My doctor jumped all over my case at my checkup the other day and I'm supposed to lose 40-50 pounds IMMEDIATELY. So it's lots of exercise and no more pasta for me. | |

No more pasta?!?!? Why not just kill me now. Yeah, my reaction was "I'd rather die". Tonight I had frozen quesadillas.

| My 11 year old niece made (with assist from my sister) chicken & gnocchi soup. Which BTW, kicks the ass of the one Olive Garden makes | |

No more pasta?!?!? Why not just kill me now. My sentiments exactly, nope , no pasta or potatoes or rice in the foreseeable future for me. Gotta get the triglycerides down and the doc says theres way too much starch in my diet.

Tonight I had frozen quesadillas. Gotta stick around to see the kiddos grow up so I'll be good and eat my bark and twigs.

It's not easy! Today was my brother-in-law's birthday party and everyone kept trying to give me this gigantic piece of Dairy Queen ice cream cake. Talk about temptation! Very difficult to turn down but I did it.
