| Fired up the smoker, got a couple of racks of baby back ribs going over apple wood. I will finish them on the grill later with some Carolina style bbq suace that I make. Made potato salad and I'll put corn on the grill. | |

| We were eating late lunches and such over the weekend. Monday we ate at Joe's Crab Shack. Good Food......... awful atmosphere; music too loud, they danced every so often(I am guessing when their kitchen got behind) and worst of all.... the Server picked up the wet nap that I was to use off of the floor(I guess she dropped it and it had actually been stepped on) and placed it on the table under my crabcracker and said, "It's ok, it's in a package". So when we changed servers.... I got a new crabcracker. The Sacramento Jazz Jubilee was way cool, though. I got a free 4-day pass... went to two days. | |
