| Just want to know what your thoughts are and what's the best album by them and ultmetal how come you haven't got any of their albums? I also read in Lemmy's autobiography he said they split up because they were in whipped relationships with their girlfriends lol | |

| Yes. Classic NWOBHM.
I have Power of the Hunter and This Means War on vinyl. Don't have any on CD, thus they are not on my site yet. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| I was never much into this band until I realized that one of my favorite bands (Sodom), who I owned everything from - covers a lot of Tank songs in their catalogue. B-sides, etc. Anyway ... I got into Tank this way. I'm currently only a 'casual' fan though. Simply because I need more of their stuff. Which I will someday have. | |

| I love Tank. Imo everything they did in the 1980s is classic, though I have to say I like Filth Hounds of Hades and This Means War best. | |

| Well I just got into Tank and boy have I missed out. They difinitely have that NWOBHM sound. And to me they have a sound and vocals close to Saxon. I just got their latest one on cd.

Wargod51 Yeah, the latest one is completely different from their earlier albums. The old stuff sounds nothing like Saxon. The first two albums are very Motorhead-influenced, while the stuff from the late 80s is uh... more like Motorhead meets Maiden. | |
