That sucks. I noticed he posted on Facebook earlier today something like "I'm alive, and God is Good," or words to that effect and wondered what he meant. Now I get it.

Hey everyone, thank you all so much for your well wishes and prayers.

On the way to play a Main Line Riders show in Harrisburg, PA, my wife (Kristi) and I were involved in a head-on collision which totaled our beloved '06 Scion XB.



We were whisked away via ambulance to Lancaster General Hospital within minutes of the crash happening. My wife sustained neck and back injuries, a black eye and has severe deep tissue bruising on much of her body. I have minor neck injuries, a bruised sternum and a bump on the head.

The other driver was found to be 100% at fault and ticketed accordingly. Both parties have very good, full coverage insurance. All medical bills, vehicle replacement costs and pain & suffering claims are being taken care appropriately.

We're in a dark grey Chevy HHR rental while waiting for our vehicle to be replaced.

Kristi will be in chiropractic care for the next year or two and in rehabilitative care for the next 6 months. I will be in chiropractic care for the next 3 to 6 months and require no rehabilitative care.

We're feeling blessed and are grateful to be alive.

Jesus. I feel for you guys.



That's from a head-on collision thanks to a drunk driver. I had deep tissue damage and couldn't lay down flat for six months. I had to sleep sitting up for three months, then could lay on my side, but in the fetal position only. Terrible stuff. So I feel for your wife, especially.

Grateful to be alive is right, huh?
