There are a ton of bands I can't stand that have great musicians in them. I always recognize talent when I hear it. I know what you mean though...

Yeah, not 100%, but in many cases people begin to rattle off members of their favorite bands instead of trying to be objective.

Lists can be fun though....I think the drummer for System Of A Down is badass, but I am not a fan of the band at all...
