What about 'Operation: Mindcrime'? I shall hope everyone has that. That is the one single thing I have found in metal that I can agree on in terms of, everyone says it's objectively great, everyone should have it, etc. I do habe Operation: Mindcrime. I might be the only one saying that I do not like it at all. Tried to listen to it a few times, than gave up. Totally overated for me. Judas Priest - Screaming for Vengeance I like Priest a lot, but except for the opener this one gives me nothing. Metallica - Master of Puppet Have it, it is okay, but mostly it is Damage, Inc., Battery and the title track for me. Don' t care much for the other songs. No Guns'n Roses for me, since I like only You could be mine. No Pink Floyd since I usually fall asleep when I listen to Pink Floyd ... . No Megadeth, I only like a few songs.

| I don't have Led Zep IV. Just II and Physical Graffiti (and a compilation).
I guess we're down to everyone at least at some point of their lives owning an Iron Maiden album.

| Alright, I went through the thread and the only two albums that have been mentioned more than once that no-one has claimed to never owning are: Judas Priest - Screaming for Vengeance Van Halen - VH1Right now I actually doubt everyone has owned both of them at some point. But, just to keep the thread somewhat legitimate.... here they are for you to shoot down. Also mentioned only once (PLUS me owning a copy), and not 'disowned' by anyone are: Accept - Balls to the Wall Rush - Moving Pictures I guess if we're drawing any conclusions, it's that metal fans really don't flock as much as believed. There's no 'Holy Book' of metal. At least not yet... | |
