Annihilator - Set The World on Fire
It would be cool with a slightly reworked version of this. More speed, more thrash-y and with a vicious vocal delivery.
If that fails, do "he Fun Palace" instead

Not that it really matters, but Mortification already covered Black Snake.

Overkill-Fear His Name
That song can have a very Christian message to it.
I second the Bloodgood nomination, that song rips!

Ha! That's never happen although Dan Swano already did a great cover of that song.
We used to cover "The Bell Witch" live years ago.

That might be an interesting project if you could get 20 Christian bands to swap out songs, but I just don't know if the interest in the overall project is really there right now. It's enough just to get our own tunes done sometimes!

Haven't heard those although I am interested in checking out more from SAVAGE GRACE in the future. What is their best disc? I had a NEON CROSS disc and didn't care for it.

Really? Besides the title? Love that song and album though. We used to do "Powersurge" live when we first formed and it was a lot of fun.

Regarding Stryper, well I have heard a couple of versions but more or less they were either straight forward or toned down pop versions. Those songs can be brought up in both tempo and attitude.
Regarding Savage Grace, well the song I mentioned is from "After The Fall From Grace" I like it a bit better than than the E.P and Master of Disguise. Although the vocals may be a bit stronger on those than what the guitar player does on "After" The songwriting is more solid as a whole.
Regarding Neon Cross, that tune is not on any cd. It was supposed to be on the s/t but the producers kicked it to the curb for a song of theirs.
