I have used CDInzane now for years. Not once have I ever had a problem with them. They are faster than lightning and have never been out of stock on anything I've needed. Not one time in all the years I've used them. They are easily my favorite distro outside of Amazon.

Heh. Well, I guess I'm on the other side of the fence. While I've had plenty of smooth transactions with them, I've had quite a few not-so-great ones. My main gripe is that nearly every time I've ordered—and paid extra for—and import with bonus tracks, I get the regular version without bonus tracks. Kind of annoying.

They have, however, given me a refund every time and let me keep the disc.

My main complaint with CDI is their poor communication. No email acknowledging your order and if you have questions, you have to call them and it's not a toll free number.

I only use CD Inzane as a last resort.

CDI had a 50% off sale today. Too bad I ordered my CDs late last night. I canceled my order then placed a new order for about the same price but with twice the amount of CDs.

Pretty lame they don't show you the discount at all. Though you can do the math yourself, they don't tell you your final sale price until your card gets charged. I didn't have any "new arrivals" or preorders though, so I should be good.

They were pretty short with me when I had emailed them some questions, so I'm not really impressed with their customer service, but they have a few items that my usual stop (CDUniverse.com) doesn't have.

Yeah, my experiences with CDInzane have all been nothing but good.

I order the bonus edition albums all the time too. Not sure why you guys have had problems. Sorry to hear about that.

I love them though. They are one of the best out there for me.
