Yeah, I really like Thunder. I have Backstreet Symphony on CD and it is one hell of a melodic hard rock album. The vocalist sounds so much like Freddy Mercury IMO it's uncanny.

I do not think that dude sounds like Mercury but glad to see you like this band who recently called it a day and I agree 'Backstreet Symphony' is a classic.

I do not think that dude sounds like Mercury but glad to see you like this band who recently called it a day and I agree 'Backstreet Symphony' is a classic.

Not a carbon copy but he does sound like Freddy in Queen's more rocking songs, but again it's just me.

No, its not just you, I can see where you are coming from.

I hated Thunder at first. I remember reading a review of their debut way back when it came out that said they sounded like Def Leppard. Like 15 years went by and I never once saw one of their albums. Then, when the digital stuff became prevalent I found the debut. Totally sounds NOTHING like Def Leppard! I was pissed. Haha.

I love Backstreet Symphony; I think it sounds like early Whitesnake. I haven't liked much I've heard by them other than that one however.

How is "The Resistance"?

ESPN keeps using tracks from that one behind their highlights and I really like the music but then I read reviews of that album and it sounds like something I'd absolutely hate.
