Looks like an old concert recording from the 80's - the one from the past tour was filmed for a DVD/Blu Ray release.

It may be one of those that Rob was letting people download for free from his own site back before the reunion. I got two good soundboard JUDAS PRIEST shows from RobHalford.com back a few years ago...one of them was from 1980, I believe.

This is a bootleg that has been floating around for years, some Amazon sellers have been selling these CD's as official releases but they are not.

Ult has this album listed on the Priest page on NLTM (under "bootlegs"...) his has a different cover though.
