Hahaha, that was way cool! I'd read that Bruce released this "Bean" tie-in as a single in the early 90s (shortly after he left Maiden) but I'd never seen/heard it.

Mr. Bean was great. He barely talked in the showm but his actions were so funny he didn't need to talk.
And of course Mr. Bean and Bruce were friends. Theyre both from England. Everyones friends over there.

I personally preferred Rowan Atkinson as "BlackAdder" over "Mr. Bean," but this clip is still funny as hell.

I think I used to own this song on a vinyl single, or EP. I've seen the video before. I wonder if the song is on the double disc compilation Bruce released several years ago.

If you're referring to the BEST OF BRUCE DICKINSON 2-disc comp, then no, it isn't. At least not on the U.S. edition I have.

I think its on one of the reissued double cd's of his studio albums. I remember hearing this somewhere, but I could be wrong. If I wasn't so lazy id just go and take a look at the actual cds haha.

If you notice, that vote counting bit is very similar to when Baldrick ran for Parliment. I actually saw the guy counting out the votes in a Britcom called Supernova last night.
