Damn, you guys are good. Grinning Mustache Guy is indeed Vincent Cusano, aka Vinnie Vincent, when he was a member of Dan ("I Can Dream About You") Hartmann's band. The guy all the way to the right is indeed G.E. Smith of "SNL" and Hall & Oates fame, who was also in Dan's backing band. (I think Dan Hartmann is the guy in the blue shirt/black vest combo with the white boy 'fro.).

Now what I'd like to know is... who's the girl? She's pretty hot in a 70s/Roller Boogie/pseudo-"Rocky Horror" kinda way. Laughing

If you blow up the photo and cut her out, you can see her name,
Blanche Napoleon. It said on some site she was the backround singer
on the album, I guess she was too much better looking than those guys
to keep in the "backround" of that pic.
