If i buy a new factory sealed cd at amazon will the band get anything out of it or should i buy direct from the artist? I have a feeling the price will be cheaper if i get it at amazon. I'm looking to get the new Seventh Angel to support the band and BW records.

if you buy it from Amazon, then yes. if you buy from one of Amazon's sellers, i'm not so sure. i guess it depends on the seller & where they bought their stock from.
