Anyone remember Jonathan Edwards?

Not the guy who talks to dead people and not the theologian.

The folk guy from the 70's? He did that song "Sunshine"? He totally rules. His first album is one of my all-time favorites, and I got my copy autographed by him a few years back.


This might be a bit of a stretch, since I know not a lot of guys here go for folk-country crossover type stuff, or if anyone even remembers him, but I guess that's why I'm asking.

LOL! I thought you were talking about the wack job puritanical maniac who wrote "sinners in the hands of an angry God" FYI - if you ever heard of bill gothard (another wack job), all of his stuff is just re-packaged puritanism.

Actually, I know that song well. I could probably even sing most of it
with a little thought. Never heard anything else by him, but it's a
pretty cool song if you're into the style.
