I think Steel Panther is hilarious.
From Sarah Silverman saying "Death to all butt metal", to 'Fat Girl' lines like "Thar she blows", you can tell they're having fun.
Motley Crue meets Whitesnake meets Spinal Tap.
The thing that (I believe) gets/stumps so many people is that they're actually talented.
Search youtube and you can see them doing covers of Round and Round with Stephen Pearcy on vocals and many others.
They're a parody act that actually has some chops.
If you're in the mood for a good laugh and can listen to them in that mindset you'l have a great time.

They have a song called "The Shocker", which reminds me of something funny that happened at a bar recently.

I was flashing the horns for a photo, and a girl asked me, "What's that your doing? The shocker?"

How awkward for a girl to bring up the shocker.
