Favorite Megadeth Album

What's your favorite Megadeth album? I can't wait for their new one to come out.

I don't have RIP, so out of what I do have, I'd say The System Has Failed. Although Once I get RIP I think that'll be my favorite.

I love Hero. I've decided that I'm the only person on earth that likes it. I voted for Peace Sells.

i didn't say it was a bad album.. just that it probably wasn't anyones favorite Megadeth.

for some reason, So Far, So Good... has always been my fav, thats the one i always go back to

I voted for Peace Sells but Rust in Peace is right up there at the top with it as well.

I voted for "The System Has Failed". When Megadeth was at their peak, I was really only listening to Christian Metal, so I missed a lot of their early work. As a matter of fact, the first Megadeth CD I ever bought was "Cryptic Writings", but regardless TSHF is a stellar release. I love it.

i voted for countdown to extinction though rust in peace is in a close second

Peace Sells and So Far, So Good. Love 'em both. Next would probably be Rust in Peace and Countdown to Extinction. Honestly, I can never decide with Megadeth. I like all these albums quite a bit. One day Rust in Peace is my favorite, the next it's Peace Sells or So Far, So Good. They are all great albums.

Rust In Peace or Peace Sells, I can't decide which one is better.

"So Far, So Good..." was the soundtrack to my high school Senior Week at the Jersey shore, so it will always hold a special place in my blackened heart.

I had to flip a coin to decide between "Peace Sells" and "Rust In Peace," and it came up in favor of "Rust." You really can't go wrong with either one though.

The only studio album of theirs I don't have is Killing Is My Business. I don't know why, I love Megadeth, but I've just never gotten around to picking it up.

My favorite album would be Youthanasia. There's not a single song on there that I don't like. I found it at a pawn shop years ago and played it for 3 months straight in my car CD player.

The System Has Failed would be my second choice. I like old Megadeth, but I think once Countdown for Extinction came out they got even better.

Peace Sells is an absolute masterpiece and has never been topped by Megadeth.

Rust In Peace and Youthanasia are tied for me. Both are just so amazing in such different ways.

Rust In Peace is my favorite, though Peace Sells and So Far, So Good are very close behind.

Youthanasia for me. I don't know why, but I absolutely love this album—aside from the song "A Tout Le Monde," which I hate. "Addicted To Chaos" is my all-time favorite Megadeth tune.
