Ha. I just go that on cassette last month; for the second time. The first time, the seller sent the wrong tape (Ratt n Roll 81-91) in the case, so he gave it to me for free.

That is cool. The White Tiger LP I bought a while back was like that with the merch form. And Def Leppard's "On Through the Night" was a used copy I grabbed and someone had cut out a picture of the band from an old magazine (cica '81 given the guys in the photo) and put it in the record sleeve. I thought it was great the store I got it from left it in there; so I kept it in there too

Thanks, man. Yeah, I agree with that statement. I do really like Hysteria, but nowhere near as much as the extreme love I have for the first three.
