I know we have best and worse album covers but what about weirdest (not neccesarily bad, not neccesarily good, just wierd).

I was listening to it in the truck yesterday and was getting odd looks from my wife concerning the cover. I don't blame her, that's pretty odd to me. Like a rejected GI Joe vehicle.

I've been getting "the look" from my wife for years now. Usually when we pass a CD store and she sees my eyes glaze over, or when I come back from the mailbox with a fist full of padded envelopes containing CDs I have gotten in trades. She sometimes asks "are you EVER going to have enough CDs?" and I tell her "I think the answer to that is obvious, don't you?"

Back on topic... wow, that Mortification cover is awful. Steve has come up with some doozies over the years.

Another odd VR cover. Whose eyes are those supposed to be? Satan's? Roger's? The landscape looks like a polluted version of Superman's Fortress of Solitude.

I like th 'ol tire and busted TV.

Remember in this strangest album cover thread it's not whether the covers are good or not but whether they're weird. You know how some artwork make you think, we'll this artwork is supposed to make you think: "What the hell is wrong with that guy?"

Andrew W.K. apparently painted that himself. That sort of explains why it makes no sense.

mortification - the silver chord.... they have had some awful cover art in the past but this one is just beyond horrible... not to mention the lightforce best of he released which has wanna-be stormtroopers on it...
