Looks cool but your missing the Eye Of Sauron and Golemn to go along with Gandalf the Grey in the middle there.

Seriously though its ok. I would take out that guy to the left, next to the Gandalf looking guy though. He looks out of place, kind of like you just threw him in there.

Nice. I guess I'm in the minority though, I like the size of the logo. But knowing you, I'm really surprised you didn't insist on hand painted or drawn though. I'm glad to see you opening up a bit in that area.
