Those are truly excellent.
The designer is clearly a fan of Reid Miles (lead graphic designer for Blue Note Records - he even borrows the Blue Note logo for the Arise cover) and also the general look of Columbia, Verve and Capitol records album covers of the 1950s.

Very cool. I love the look of those old albums. I've nicked that retro-style a few times myself in some designs I've done for work.
