Those wacky Mockbuster makers are at it again... their latest flick (coming direct to DVD on July 9th) is an oh-so-blatant bite off of Guillermo Del Toro's upcoming zillion dollar giant robot flick, "PACIFIC RIM."
Ever so subtly, the Asylum's version is called ... ATLANTIC RIM.
Has-been stars in the cast include David Chokachi of "Baywatch" and rapper "Treach" of Naughty By Nature.
To be honest, though... for an Asylum flick, this one actually looks pretty badass!! I'll see this one!
