Metal singers with the highest vocals

You know the ones, the singers that have valhalla high vocals. Of course the obvious ones that come to mind is King Diamond, Rob Halford, Geoff Tate.
Heres some others that i think top those guys for pure vocal power and the songs that showcase that power:

Midnight (Crimson Glory) - Red Sharks
Jim Gillette (Nitro) - Machine Gun Eddie
Mike Matjevic (Steelheart) - I'll Never Let You Go (Angel Eyes)

Tell me some of yours and the songs that reach levels only dogs could probably hear.

I'll list them in order of how often their bands actually metallized...

1. Tony Harnell of TNT
2. Burke Shelley of Budgie
3. Geddy Lee (as a boy)
4. Randy Jackson of Zebra
5. David Sukamp of Pavlov's Dog

I think Jackson and Surkamp had the highest voices, but these two bands rocked hard only occasionally.
Halford on Sad Wings of course has to be mentioned too.

Tim Owens is pretty high. Matt Barlow can hit some awesome high notes.

Still, I really don't think anyone can actually beat King Diamond.

Jim Gillette can shatter some glass. His vocals were INSANE high on the first NITRO album. Not even King Diamond's falsetto howls could match him.

Guy Ritter (ex-Tourniquet) hit's some ear shattering notes on "Stop the Bleeding".

Dio doesn't use much of that high, falsetto style. He's actually pretty mid-rangy.

dio says he can sing in a falsetto voice but doesn't coz its not his style. he sings high on a few sabbath tracks like falling off the edge of the world and sign of the southern cross but not during the heavy parts of the songs
