M3 Rock Festival!! Slaughter PICS!! (POST 7)

These guys were one of my favorites back when Stick It To Ya came out. When the second album came out I was a little dissapointed mostly because the production was not even close to being what the first album was. It was almost like they went backwards production wise. Music wise the songs were just as good but Stick It To Ya had one great song after another.

Yeah I really liked the first album as well. I recall summer of 89 (I think) that being the soundtrack to mine and all my friends lives. Sure there was plenty of other albums to add to that, but Stick It to Ya, was up there as well. Never really followed them after the first album though.

20 years later and I still hate them.

I hated Slaughter back in the day, then I saw them open for Ted Nugent back in 1999 and suddenly I just "got it". Now I love 'em. They put on a very energetic live show. Dana Strum is a monster on stage.
