The lawyer Rodrigo Rosenberg recorded a video last Wednesday, in
which he notices that, if those images became public, he already would
be dead.

Rosenberg was assassinated the 10 of May last by armed men who shot to
him when he made sport in bicycle, in the Avenue of the Américas, zone
14.

In the video he accuses of his murder to the governor Alvaro Colom; its
wife, Sandra Torres; Gustavo Alejos, deprived secretary of the
Presidency, and to the industralist Gregorio Valdez.

Also Jose mentions to the executives of the Rural Development bank (Banrural) Angel Lopez, Fernando Peña and Gerald Of Leon.

Good afternoon. my names are Rodrigo Rosenber Marzano and, lamentably,
if you are at this moment oyendo or seeing this message, is because I
was assassinated by the gentleman president Alvaro Colom, with the aid
of Mr. Gustavo Alejos.

The reason of why I am dead at the moment that you see this message is
unique and simply because until the last moment I was lawyer of Mr.
Khalil Musa and his daughter Marjorie Musa, who cowardly they were
assassinated by the gentleman president Alvaro Colom, with the total
consent of his wife, Sandra de Colom, and with the aid of Gregorio
Valdez and Gustavo Alejos.



History in the end is a history like which we have lived too much in
Guatemala; it is the same history that there are been oyendo and
repeating years in the last, and the Guatemalans we followed without
doing nothing, because no longer there is nothing what to do, because
we cannot do nothing.

I what I can do, then? We must do something, and the unique reason and the unique form are finally to say what all we know.

I can speak in this opportunity than all we are found out: when they
assassinate more to somebody, to the lady of the highway to Vista
Hermosa, to the boy who left the university, but in my case I have
direct knowledge, have the documents that demonstrate how the coward
and assassin of Gustavo Alejos, helped by Gregorio Valdez and with the
total consent and knowledge of cause of Alvaro Colom and their wife,
Sandra de Colom, approach with a correct Guatemalan, a Guatemalan who

addition teaching to their daughters to work and to invest in this
country.

There is a political relative of Mr. Khalil Musa that lamentably was
friend of Gustavo Alejos; through him east man arrives with Khalil and

This is a recent news about the case

General prosecutor Amílcar Velasquez Zárate, who would have to initiate
of office the investigation that takes to clarify the murder of the
lawyer Rodrigo Rosenberg, was surprised this morning when she left the
deprived office of President Alvaro Colom, located in zone 14 where she
maintained a meeting deprived with the agent chief executive.

The meeting generates questions because it was celebrated from the 7:30
hours in the deprived office of the governor, where this usually it
maintains conversations that does not wish they extend. The same was
not communicated to means of press by any of the two institutions.

Analysts and deputies of opposition assure that this fact could be
taken like an interference in the independence that the being in charge
of the investigation would have to maintain.

Deputy Roxana Baldetti, female leader of large stone bench of Partido
Patriota (PP), said that the meeting confirms that president Colom is
interfering in the investigation.

“Colom has not respected the independence of the Public Ministry. We
knew that it commanded to now call to the public prosecutor of the case
Rosenberg and, with the visit of the general prosecutor to its office
yesterday, is confirmed that there is an interference”.

The constitutionalist lawyer, Gabriel Orellana, the attitude of the
Public prosecutor said “is worrisome, first by the position that it has

investigation”.


After which the general prosecutor left the meeting, one romería the
deputies of the National Unit of the Hope met with Colom and some they
affirmed that they had been summoned “to treat the legislative agenda”.
