He just released an album of all his favorite instrumentals. Last year he did an album with his band Southern Gentleman that is more blues oriented. He also has is label, Leviathan Records and does songwriting for quite a few bands.

I wouldn't mind a new Iron Maiden album and I'm curious about the Megadeth release that's coming up. Besides those two, I find most established bands that are still kicking around don't put out much quality stuff anymore with any sort of consistency, so I approach any new ones with caution. Other than that, most band I follow either have one on the way or put one out in the last two years, so I can't really think of anyone who I feel is due for a release. That being said, I'm very much looking forward to the new Baroness album that's in the works.

Chastain is "still together", but on hold for now, I think. CJSS split up years ago, and I doubt you'll hear a new album from them ever again.

Running Wild! Unfortunately, that doesn't look likely. They're supposedly playing their last show this year. I've been hearing rumors of a new album for years, but I guess Rock n Rolf didn't have any more pirate melodies in his head. Crying or Very sad
