What bands do you think could last?

Hammerfall and In Flames will probably be the Iron Maiden and Metallica for the next generation. They have already rounded the 10 year marks.

In Flames has actually passed the 15 year mark...Lunar Strain was 1993...

Uncle, you really don't think the last couple Megadeth were thrash? I wouldn't say it's like their stuff from the 80's but it's still thrash.

Some bands I think would last: The Lord Weird Slough Feg, Twisted Tower Dire, While Heaven Wept, Sacred Steel.
