It's just galling. He came to visit me in TN in the 80s and I played the Joanna Dean album on vinyl for him and he loved it.

Now here we are 2 decades later and I'm fattening his wallet buying an artist I turned him on to.

Btw i had a lead on the Loveless cd about a year ago but alas it fell through ! Anyway i still have my CD-R, well worth it whatever you pay for it.

There's a great cd shop over in Jersey that I like to stop by whenever I'm visiting my brother-in-law which isn't very often. I always find great stuff at great prices. Yesterday was no exception.

It's a small shop in a strip mall. That's the one I went to, but apparently it's a chain of stores with multiple locations. I thought it was an independant shop. They have new & used cds, dvds, some vinyl and video games. Most of the used stuff goes for about $7, although I got that Cathedral disc for $1.99. I didn't have allot of time, so these were just some quick things I snapped up. I could've spent an hour or 2 in there easily. They have a pretty decent selection of rock & metal. I've only been there 3 times, but every time has been fruitful.
