Vendetta

Ive been spinning Vendetta's "Brain Damage" cd this weekend. I had forgotten about these guys until last week when I happened across a couple of their downloads. "Brain Damage" is chock full of thrash riffing and decent vocals. The instrumental "Fade To Insanity" is close to brilliance...a nice melding of thrash and Maidenesque harmony. Ive also got their other album "Go and Live...Stay and Die" to spin today. This one Ive never heard so Im stoked!

Go and Live is incredible, ultra fast and ripping Teutonic thrash at its best! Never really got into their second album, but I guess I'll give it another try ... but not today, today is a Polish day

I do have Brain Damage on CD, and I think it's great! Excellent German thrash with, like you said zombie, a slight Maiden vibe to it.

And they've just released their third album, called Hate!

I dig both albums but I prefer 'Brain Damage.' The variety on that album is so tasty.

I had both of their cd's a long time ago. Loved 'em, and all the other German thrash bands and Noise Records bands,too.

Cool a new album! Oh and look.......they are rereleasing the first two........double cool!

Hmmmm, now that sounds interesting.

I only have their debut on vinyl and always liked it.

The 2003 demos were completely shreddin' too. Too bad nothing came of them.

Go and Live...after spinning this one today....I say they both tie! Two wonderful pieces of thrash! I love rediscovering old stuffage!

....."War" and "Never Die" off Brain Damage' absolutely rip! Great underrated thrash from deutschland and definitely would make a great addition to any cd collection for sure.

This is a different Vendetta but I have their new cd on my want list they are more power metal!

Instead of starting a new topic, I thought i'd just resurrect this one. Just received both Go and Live & Brain Damage. Haven't heard any of them yet, but i remember loving their latest 2017 release. Can't wait!
