A funny (well, not that funny Smile ) thing has happened to one of my CDs
- when I got it, the disc has a slight black mark, but played well.
Well, that was about a year ago, and I was playing the disc constantly,
without looking back how it looks. Well, I did now and I shocked ! -
black marks everywhere, plus the CD looks pretty scratched!! I don't
know what happened, but the disc plays fine! Still, it looks pretty
scary!

Has anyone here had similar problem? Or is it the label thing - 'cause
the disc was released on a Black Mark label Smile (first Invocator album!)

Be careful. Same thing happened to Spiderman. It consumed him.

I've heard of cdr's fading and data breaking down after a few years or if left in the sun or heat (like in a car) for too long. Not sure if the same thing could happen to a regular, mass-produced cd, but it's a possibilty.

PS Go see all 3 Spiderman movies. They're good.Very Happy

I have had it happen but only to a cheap burn. The black is the non playable side bleeding through. If it is your only original burn it before it is unplayable
