Sylosis are a band out of the UK who I am really starting to get into. Some really awesome thrash riffs and tons of groove. Any fans here?

Wow! That's a killer tune. They remind me of Stampin Ground. Remember them? A nice mix of hardcore and metal, with a singer that had a natural-sounding scream.
I have heard a few songs from Stampin Ground never owned any of there cds but that song you posted the link to was awesome as well. I will def check into them.

Killer music, but the vocals just kill it for me. I just can't get into the hardcore vocals.

there are a few bands with this vocal style I can get into, and this is one of them. Music is just to good to pass up for me.

That sounded pretty good. The Stampin Ground reference you made Eyesore was right on the money.

I've been playing it to death for the last 2 months! Teras has to be my favourite track, and I actually really dig the vocals...nice to actually hear what's coming through...scream along in the car!
Check out www.townsend-records.co.uk. They have two additional discs for sale, the one is a 2006 EP that I'm waiting for, and then a 7 track album from earlier in 2008. This one is in the mail already (but it's a looooong flight to South Africa)!
Their sound almost touches on a Tech Death note at times (barring the melodic bits) and has a kind of Arsis sound to it ala We Are The Nightmare.
Sylosis have to be my favourite band at the moment, for sure.
