OK, I changed it, but I would have swore that Main Line Riders was a '08 release.

OK, Main Line Riders was technically released between Christmas and New Year's 2007, but it wasn't shipped out and most stores didn't get it until February 2008.

Also that the new U2 did not come out this year! But it’s coming in March 2009!!

I didn’t pick up Motorhead Motorizer or Driver Sons of Thunder to be able to rank them this year as they probably would have been in there too!

Re-releases don’t count ! 3 of my favorite releases of 2008 are the 3 re-releases of the Hurricane CDs Over the Edge. Slave to the thrill and Take what you want.

I only bought two releases from this year (I was busy spending all my money on old stuff!).

There were so many releases this year that I wanted to get, but for me the old and/or obscure albums just hold my interest more. I'll end up getting a lot of the albums from '08 at some point, though.

I'm usually about a year or so behind, most of the stuff I picked up this year were 2007 releases.
