Favorite song off of Dio - Sacred Heart?

My favorite is definitely the title track, although "Rock 'N' Roll Children" is close behind.

Underrated album, this one

I put Hungry For Heaven.

I went with "King..."...always loved that song..."Another Lie", "Rock And Roll Children" and "Hungry For Heaven" are faves of mine as well...

Agreed. Shoot Shoot is very poor and is just plain filler.

Sacred Heart was a great album of my favorite Dio albums ever

I´ll go with King of Rock n Roll. This is an awfully uneven offering from DIO, BTW. Some of his best stuff mixed with utter cheese. A case of too much work done in too little time it seemed. The next album Dream Evil, didnt have as strong highlights as this one, but on the other hand way more even body of work.

No contest, Sacred Heart easily.

I'm glad that I now have all three classic Dio albums (I know, Dream Evil is next on my list for RJD) and can participate in these polls. Rock N' Roll Children is what I chose but it could easily have been Hungry For Heaven (those two along with Mystery have to be my favorite Dio songs thus far).

Sacred Heart is a good album, although I do agreed it is a little rushed.

Compared to the rest of the album and other Dio classics, yes. However, I actually liked the song (they lyrics are a different matter- ) and IMO it's a million times better than most of the crap kids and teenagers listen to nowdays-but then what isn't.

hmmm.... It's a hard choice, but I say "Hungry For Heaven"!
