Best song from Megadeth's Peace Sells...

The drumming of Gar Samuleson ( I think that is how you spell his name) on the intro to the Conjuring is amazing. Which makes this album a true THRASH classic.

One of the first riffs I learned to play on bass, Peace Sells!!!!

I voted for Wake Up Dead, so many time changes and Junior's bass riffs kick ass.

The only time I've ever seen Megadeth was on this tour. One of my friends managed to sneak me into The Bayou in D.C. (I was way underage) to see them. This lineup was my favorite by far, they just TORE IT UP live.

Voted Wake Up Dead. It's in my top 10 favorite Deth songs.

I went with the title track as that was my first exposure to Megadeth when I was a wee little Sentinel.

Wake Up Dead but there's a lot of good thrash on there.

i think Megadeth was more hair metal. if you just check out their videos from that era, they all had a lot of hair. kthnxbai.

Black Sabbath was like 60s psychadelic, almost folk despite the distorted guitars. But I do hear a lot of hair metal in their stuff, too. Very innovative band.

Black Sabbath have alot in common with Korn.

The song: Peace Sells... Defines "Thrash" Metal for me. It's angry, fast, and something you can bang your head all over the place for. I could vote for nothing less (except Wake Up Dead, at a close second)

I actually think they're closer to post-Charlie Parker bebop crossed with a bit of Sonny Rollins' rhythmic conception, some swing era drum bits, a little bit of Coltrane inspired post-bop excursions and Paganini.

"Good Mourning/Black Friday" is an extremely gruesome song. Very violent, yet very good at the same time.
