I'm changing bosses again. My boss of 6 years got promoted and they've been trying to fill her slot ever since. The cool thing is that my team has been together so long that management lets us "grade" the new boss. The latest guy is really two faced, telling us one thing and management another. What the idiot apparently doesn't know is that management tells us what he's telling them.

Hopefully this new person will work out better.
