| So, which is your favorite ballad by Priest? "Before the Dawn", "Out in the Cold", "Blood Red Skies", and the bonus tracks from the cancelled Twin Turbos, "Turn on Your Light" and "Prisoner of Your Eyes"... Well, all of their ballads are all awesome! But I think that "Blood Red Skies" does it for me, overall it's one of the most epic and great tracks I've ever heard (Ram It Down was also the first album by Priest I bought).
I decided to put "Diamonds & Rust" in there though it's a cover, but a darn great one! And I think that Judas Priest has made it their own song over the years.

| Out In The Cold. Best ballad, and the best thing about Turbo. |

| "Beyond the Realms of Death".
"Angel" is a superb ballad as well. Glad to have heard them play this song on the most recent tour.
Love "(Take These) Chains" and "Before the Dawn" as well. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| Spec " Sin After Sin" is a classic, produced by Roger Glover, drums by Simon Phillips who played with Jeff Beck and host of others, it contains their cover of " Diamonds and Rust" also " Dissident Aggressor" that Slayer later covered, and the classic cut "Sinner". The production makes the album sound a little dated but it is IMO a really good and it was their major label debut. | |

I thought the same thing. Also wondered if "Victim of Changes" could be considered a ballad. If so, the live version on "Unleashed in the East" would have been my pick. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

I know. I was just being a smartass. You'll get tired of me being this way just like everyone else is. |

| Beyond the Realms of Death from those, but my favorite would be Here Come The Tears if it would be on the list. | |

Yes, I know that and I'm sorry. The poll only allowed me to have 15 songs and I had to let some of them out, and that had to be the ones that I think is "less ballads", even if they are. Both of them, and especally "Here Come the Tears" are favorites to me but like I sayed, I couldn't include them all in the poll.

| A really close call between Blood Red Skies and Beyond The Realms Of Death. Today, I went with Blood Red Skies. | |

| I voted Beyond The Realms Of Death. I agree with the take of Sin After Sin and the two ballads on that album are classic. If Run Of The Mill is a ballad then yes, that too is great IMO. | |

| I love all Priest ballads, but I went with these as my top 3.
#3 Blood Red Skies- I guy a grew up with named Paul Indelicato, and he would turn this song all the way up with his Cerwin Vega speakers. We would each get a wall, and just feel the walls vibrate (and start laughing of course) before the actual music kicked in. Definitely a nostalgia trip, just thinking about those times
#2 Night Comes Down - It's hard to believe that this album is discarded these days with Priest at their live shows. Did I hear it right from someone on here, that the Priest actually didn't play one song off this album on their current tour? If so, what a travesty!
#1 Out In The Cold - This gets top honors basically due to the fact that the Turbo album is a turd. Out in the Cold isn't done justice as it pertains to the studio album. The much better version is on the "Live" album. In fact, I think out of Priest's whole catalog, I think this song more than any other was meant to be heard Live.

| Before The Dawn, most definitely.
I don't consider Blood Red Skies a ballad though.
