Yes I would call that silly because if your a fan of that band then you already what they sing about and just because they put out a cover like that that stops you? You can hear someone sing a song about it but as soon as theres a picture right in front of you then that makes you change your mind? I know people grow in and out of bands thats a different story but for me personally I couldnt care less whats on the album cover and if its a band I listen to im still going to buy it. Would you rather it be 2 guys kissing on that Type O cover? Im not saying betray your principles but it could be a whole lot worse like that deicide cover. This would make a good topic. BTW Im not putting you down or anything so dont take it that way just a discussion.

Haha I found a couple of their cds used cheap the other day and I got my gf to buy them for me. Today I went to Samclub and they had Revelation for $10 so why not. Ive been having journey songs in my head for a while so it was just a matter of time I bought some.

On DVD:

Deep Purple-Heavy Metal Heroes-A flimsy documentary that skims thru their career, it is somewhat amusing seeing Joe Lynn Turner talking about the bright future that lays ahead of him in Deep Purple.
