I finally screamed at a Best Buy employee, this time a manager, enough to get him to let me swap Tesla's Real To Reel without the bonus disc to the one with the bonus disc. I had to go to three Best Buys before I lost it. I mean, I had a damn receipt saying I bought the CD, the CD itself, and a damn e-mail from Best Buy's customer support telling me to go to a Best Buy location and swap it there! I hate being an ass, but seriously, this seems like an easy fix to me. "You preordered the CD specifically for the bonus disc and didn't get it? Sure, we can swap those." Simple! Damn.
