| It sounds like an oxymoron, actually. But, thrash doesn't have to be lightning-speed all the time. Many of the greatest thrash tunes ever recorded were mid-tempo, or, at least, mostly mid-tempo. It makes the fast parts sound so much better.
What are some of your favourite mid-tempo thrash tunes? |

| The whole album Capricorn-S/T is the finest mid-tempo thrash album I've ever heard. Also, unlike a lot of people, I really like Overkills "I hear Black". But then I'm just a mid-tempo kind of guy. | |
