Just had steak today, in fact. Used some Lemon Mesquite maranade (put 'em in a bag, pour in the maranade, toss 'em for about 2 minutes or so, set 'em in the fridge for 30 min - 1 hour) and slapped 'em on the grill.

I actually eat much more chicken than steak myself (mainly because steak doesn't come in pre-cooked frozen packages-I am not much for grilling). I prefer chicken most of the time, but on occasions I go for steak.
