| Just a little while ago I bought 3 of the 4 death row albums from Vordul and been listening for a few weeks now. I cant believe myself, and most of the metal community in the world have missed these guys. I think a major reason is because they were just fast, fast, fast and not really concerned with melody...like at all. I like that though, the ones I have are Riders of doom/satans gift, Life beyond, and Raging steel with Life beyond being my fav so far.
Any followers? | |

| Yeah HUGE fan here. Riders of Doom is a classic. Didn't care for them when they went to more clean vocals, but I still think their earlier albums are amazing. | |

yeah totally dude, riders of doom/satans gift is a masterpiece indeed. I dont think the vocals got really cleaner I think the production got a little better and thats why the vox sound that way on later records, just my opinion. It also seems like the lyrics focused more on society then anything else on the last couple of albums. I still need to get deception ignored though, how is that one compared to the others?

| Well Deception Ignored is quite technical. Not quite as technical as say the band Watchtower, but it sorta reminds me of it. Its still good though, just not as good as Riders of Doom/Satan's Gift. The guitars are stunning on Deception Ignored though!!! | |

| Really good band. The only thing I own by them is Raging Steel, and it's a BEAST of a thrash album. I've heard their others, but not enough to really comment on them that much. And I agree with the Assassin comments. Good band! _________________ You're cancer, you can't be the answer, you're killing me

Are the vocals on deception ignored more in line with riders of doom/satans gift or are they like Life beyond? I like the riders of doom vocals because they fit better to german thrash but the ones in life beyond are actually understandable without a lyric sheet.
