Yea they are, Hell Headbangers have something to do with pressing these but there are so many organizations between them and the sellers that it's hard to pin it down to them,

I got the Metal Church one because I have 3 other MC Bootleg Lps so the collector in me had to have these also, the Running Wild was a bonus.
