Almost bought Constrictor at the record show I went to last weekend but it had a punch hole in it and it really bugged me, so I passed it up.

No panties with the School's Out. The dollar bill is with the BDB, but I didn't see any cards. What kind of cards are they?

When you open the gatefold of BDB, they were perfed into the inside of the gatefold. On a lot of used copies I've found, they are popped out and completely missing.
