No, I wish it was, its just an advance promo for radio, the ones with the stickers with the track listings across the front and all. Wheels of Steel is the same way.

I like the way he puts the "J" in Yngwie J. Malmsteen to distinguish him from all the other Yngwie Malmsteen's of the world.
