Favorite Megadeth Album

So Far, So Good.

I love that album, although I was a bit let down with the reissue, namely the drum tracks were mastered.

I loved the echo of the snare drum on the old copies of the album, and the drums on the reissue just suck.

Still love that album, though.

Peace Sells. It's the only one I really love anymore.

So Far, So Good is my favourite. The first Megadeth album i heard, bought it when it came out and almost played that poor vinyl to pieces!

My fave is Rust in Peace with Peace Sells coming in a close second,after that it would be hard for me to rank them.I love almost all Deth albums.

I dont see the hype around RIP.. I dont find but maybe one or two songs memorable, but thats just this one guys opinion...

Voted for Countdown. This album was my intro to the band and it still my favorite.

Nice one Glower! Resurrecting an old topic. I voted Rust in Peace. By the way i still need to pick up Risk, just for the sake of completing my Megadeth collection. Actually i have never given Risk a listen.

I don't own all of them. Here's how I'd rank the ones I have:

1. Rust in Peace
2. Peace Sells
3. Countdown to Extinction
4. Youthanasia

Beyond those, I've only heard Risk and Dystopia.

I love United Abominations. Sleepwalker is a killer song .

Went with Peace sells, but really hard to vote against So far So good.

This! Never understood all the hype around "Rust", I think it's a fine lp, but not to the degree that most think. I quite like "So Far...", but a bit surprised it got that much love here.

Peace Sells still tops my list after all these years.

So Far So Good... So What? I have fond memories of riding my bike at the beach that summer and just cranking this one constantly on my head phones. A close second would be Rust. Then Countdown.
