Would like to know what you think of that Tyr Eyesore when you get the chance. Saw them in concert. In concert they were tight and heavy, but not very folksy.

I love it! There's nothing quite new here in terms of style, but it sounds like another great album. I don't really consider them folk metal. They're more suited for that so-called viking metal genre.
I love that despite the fact that most of their songs are sung in Faroese, or whatever it is they sing in. The songs are so damn catchy!
If that song appeals to you, I recommend their albums. They do have heavier songs.

Great CD! Not sure if it's your kind of music, though. "Smack" and "Suffering" are such great tunes. I thought the band was fairly unique for their somewhat nu-metal style.
You would be corect, sir. It's terrible and not my thing. I vaugely remember a friend telling me about these guys and I saw it for a buck, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Anyone looking for a copy, it's up for trade.

Had a $10 coupon for a used music store so I decided to stop there before I went to Maiden yesturday heres what I got.
Alice Cooper- The Alice Cooper Show (Live) Alice Cooper- A Fistful Of Alice (Live) Ozzy- Blizzard Of Ozz (remaster) Ozzy- No Rest For The Wicked (remaster) Ozzy- Speak Of The Devil (remaster) Ozzy- Just Say Ozzy (remaster) Primus- Miscellaneous Debris Primus- Rhinoplasty Primus- Tales From The Punch Bowl Primus- The Brown Album
I had the Ozzy cds already except for Speak of the Devil that I had on record and Just Say Ozzy, but I wanted to complete the remastered cds with the smaller covers. I always hated that they did that with the covers but they put the full artwork on the inside so thats not that bad, and the other remastered versions suck with the redone bass and drums.

These guys are still kicking out the jams, huh? How is that one, Toho. I haven't heard anything from these guys in years. In fact, the last time I heard them get some press was a few years ago when they wanted to name their album Chinese Democracy. I thought that was hilarious!

I just ordered it but the samples sounded like typical Offspring. I have all their albums so this was a no brainer. Their last album was the one that featured the song "Hit That" from about 5 years ago.
