Just received a promo of this Swedish combo's debut album...I'm not even all the way thru my first spin, but I had to do a quick post about'em cuz you prog-metal fans are gonna eat this one up. The label hype sez that they're for fans of Savatage, Evergrey and Queensryche, and that description covers it pretty well... I can hear quite a bit of all three of those in this band (with their own unique flavor of course). It's a concept album about two people in a fortified city during the aftermath of a nuclear holocaust, finding love and dealing with loss ... kind of a combination of George Romero's "Land of the Dead" and TV's "Lost." Neat stuff. The album is available thru Burning Star Records in Europe and Sensory/Laser's Edge here in the US.
