H.E.A.T. - Address The Nation

I have never heard a solid AOR / Hard rock album in years, I'd say Hats Off to these guys for a job well done !!! The sound is unmistakably 1989 , a lot better than their first LP and rivals the best album TESLA has ever put up

I really like this band. I am excited after hearing the samples from this album.

Their first two albums were superb but I was disappointed that the singer left. I hope the new guy is nearly as good. From what i've heard before he sounds just a bit too 'poppy' for my liking.

Found the import of this on Amazon's Marketplace for just $7. Anyone from the U.S. interested can go to Amazon and get it before it's U.S. release date without spending too much.

I still need to get this one.

The new guy is almost indistinguishable from the other guy except in appearance. At least to me.

You've got to be joking. The original singer was 10 times better and one of the best new vocalists in recent years. Erik Gronwall isn't bad, but he sounds a bit like every other AOR singer around at the moment.

No I aint joking. To me he sounded very similar.

THis is on order.

Listening to it again and the only big difference I can tell in vocalists is the lower register of the other guy was deeper. There are other slight differences but not enough to make the vocals a downside. The only thing that has changed in my opinion is that this album is much better than I originally thought. Definitly worthy of the H.E.A.T. name and should be one of my top albums this year. Started off slow but this has become quite the year for MHR/AOR.
