If you can make it to Florida in time, I'll even buy the beer. |

| NE 38 NYG- 17
not even goin to be close, Eli has no big game experience and the Giants are hurt in the secondary. I think Eli has gotten off the hook with the play of his defense and hasn't had to make plays when he has to, against NE he will have to make huge throws and that is goin to kill the Giants.
I'm not even watching it haha, not even goin to be a game | |

| NE - 31 NY - 20 I THINK New York's defense can keep it close, but I can see the Patriots turning it on the 4th. _________________ You're cancer, you can't be the answer, you're killing me

| I'm a NC resident, but we didn't have a pro team until the Carolina Panthers came along. So in the 1981-82 season, I adopted Joe Montana's 49ers as my team. The 49ers became #2 when the Panthers entered the league. Unfortunately, both of these teams had very poor years. So.......... I have been backing the Patriots to make the run since about the 4th week of the season. I've always been neutral on the Pats (most seem to dislike them these days, though). I just think that NE is playing the best football that I've ever seen since I began watching football. I'm an offensive-minded guy and I love the passing game. Running bores me, but it's something that is vital to winning, just like defense. What Brady and Moss did this year was unbelievable! Plus, I love a coach (Belichick) who isn't afraid to go for it on 4th down...even at midfield, no less. The reason I believe the Pats are 18-0 at the moment has to do with that aggressive mindset that they have. Forget about field goals (one of my biggest gripes with the Panthers). FG's are for teams that play "not to lose" rather than "playing to win." That's a big difference between the two. Look at San Diego in the AFC Championship...they scored 4 times to NE's 3. However, NE scored all TDs while SD scored 4 FGs...thus a 21-12 Pats win. I hope the Pats pull it off because I have lived vicariously through watching them play this season. One thing is for sure...if NE loses, they will lose by going out with all guns blazing. You can bet they won't be settling for a bunch of FGs if they get behind. I'm hoping the Pats put it away by halftime just to end all the late-game drama. I do like the Giants somewhat, and I am happy with Eli's recent success. If the Pats weren't chasing perfection, I may would pull for NY. Also, it'd be nice to see Strahan get a ring before retirement. Then again, Junior Seau is also seeking a ring before retirement. GO PATRIOTS!! |

| Football sucks! Unfortunately every year at this time I am forced to watch this boring bullcrap at some dumb Superbowl gathering. Last year we went to a Casino as our local hockey team was hosting a Superbowl party. This year we are going to our church as they are hosting a Superbowl party. YIPPIE! A day of boredom. Can't freakin' wait (for it to be over!) _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| I went to a hockey game once. Now that was freakin boring! No one scored, we were just watching people skate around in circles and body checking. | |

| I like both teams. It's about time that a team that I like makes the Super Bowl (it's been too long since the 49ers were competent. NE over the Giants 34-31, in overtime. |

boring! No one scored, we were just watching people skate around in circles and body checking. You went to a professional hockey game in the U.S. or Canada and no one scored? Someone had to score eventually. Pro hockey games don't end until someone wins, whether it be in overtime or in a shootout. Overtime and shootouts are usually pretty exciting. If nothing else, people seem to enjoy the checking and the fights. I don't expect others to agree with my opinion. I've never been a sports fan and only got into hockey about five or so years ago. I'm addicted now. I still find football incredibly boring to watch, although not quite as mind numbing as baseball or golf. ult _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| Although I enjoy hockey immensely (I was in attendance at the game Sidney Crosby was injured a couple of weeks ago), no sport, and I mean no sport, comes close to the greatness of football (I'm sure people will disagree). As for the Bowl, My heart says The Giants but my head says the Patriots (a team I cannot stand) | |
