Varga

Anyone remember this band? They put out a demo and two CDs in the early 90s. The demo and debut full-length, Prototype, were killer, but the follow-up, Oxygen, wasn't nearly as good. Anyway, I just listened to Prototype for the first time in a long time and it brought back some good memories. I love this disc! It's unfortunate that they sort of lost it on Oxygen.

Just out of curiosity, I'm looking for a version of Prototype that's different from the most common version (the red cover). Does anyone have this:



If so, are you willing to trade it or sell it (for a teensy-weensy bit o' money)?

I owned it on CD years ago, when I was 16 or something...one of my first Ebay purchases, and one of my first mistakes lol.

I don't remember what I did to it, I think I traded it off or something, sorry bro. Would have been happy to give it to you, since I have the other version too.

What's that? Mine doesn't have that.

It's like half of a $20 bill with the Varga logo as the other half. On the back it has Greed on it. I'm assuming it's a radio promo type thing.

Yeah, I see the cover you posted a lot more.

My guitar teacher knew the band personally, before that album came out.
